Rust Powder
A very useful medium to create an aged or rusted appearance. Comes with a how to use sheet.

Bijoux Blends
Simulated crushed gem colours blended from glass, quartz and marble, for very special projects. They really are a luxury blend of sparkly bits and pieces.
Apply by sprinkling into any strong adhesive base or mix with gel medium. They can be over or underpainted with Opluence Inks.
Particularly good as heavily encrusted areas within open-design stamped images. Bijoux blends give a wonderfully rich, crushed mosaic effect if added into the final layers of embossing powder application.
Press them into polymer clays before baking or use as inlays with ceramics and Precious Metal Clay, or cast in resins and Friendly Plastic.

Frescoe Flakes
Matte flakes which simulate paint peelings. Great for creating distressed ageing surfaces. Use straight from the jar - sprinkle onto any clear glue or fusible webbing or trap under a sheer fabric. Can also be applied to wet paint, or even painted on the top. (Jacquard textile paints are fabulous for this.)

Opal Flash
Heat resistant inclusions to provide sparkle and accents. Apply with glue or add into Moonglow embossing powders etc. Available in 'Opal' packed by volume in single 75ml tubs, and as sets of four, smaller jars, two set choices.

Mica Flakes
Natural, heat resistant mica flakes are archival and acid free. Adhere them with tape or clear-drying adhesives. Ideal for hot melt craft, mosaic work, paper arts, assemblage accents, home décor and jewelry projects. Trap in your layers, use in your needlefelting or adhere them to a surface. 16 colours available.

Mica D'Lights
As for Mica Flakes, but these are finely divided, but not quite to powder fineness.Adhere with tape or clear drying adhesives. Ideal for hot melt craft mosaic work, paper art assemblage and jewelry projects. These have a refined sparkling creative accent. 18 delightful colours.

Beadazzles
A little pot containing the tiniest of beads and other shiny flakes.
Sprinkle over glue or embossing powder and heat gun, or spinkle on while the powder is hot. Also trap between layers of chiffon and fusible webbing.

Flaked Gilding Leaf
The flakes can be used in any number of ways, from traditional gilding techniques, use as inclusions in papers etc. to layering and application with adhesives.
We have small size flakes (six colour choices) and large size flakes (eight colour choices), all available in 100cc jars. The flakes can also be purchased in sets of four x 100cc jars, four set choices.

Frozen Opals
Frozen opals are sparkly and crystal-like. Use them on fabric and paper (especially strong coloured backgrounds) The 'Opals' are a sheet of iridescent film suspended in a translucent meltable base. Break a small piece from the sheet, position it and hold in place with tweezers and heat for about 20 seconds with a heat gun. The base becomes transparent. Also use them with embossing powders and in Clear or Black UTEE to great effect. Comes in Iridescent, Gold, Copper, Rainbow and White Shimmer.

Foil Melts
Magnificent heat sensitive foil. Shimmery, sparkling, with rainbow hues gracefully running through them. These metallic foils will adhere to any warm surface. Simply place on a warm surface and heat carefully with a heat gun (not much heat needed). The foils can then be pressed with a stamp or worked into with a soldering iron.

Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel
Usually known as UTEE. Comes in clear, black and gold.

 

Pearl-Ex Pigments
Very strong, iridescent pearl-lustre pigments. These may be incorporated into any viscous mediums eg paint, glue, fabric medium, to produce a pearlescent or metallic lustre. Colour range includes three duo combinations which show intense dual colours.
Non tarnishing, weather and temperature resistant and colourfast. Heat set when using with a fabric medium on fabrics.

Primary Elements / Polished Pigments
From LuminArte, the Primary Elements are brilliant ground colours mixed with sparkling mica pigments - mix them with 'Simple Solutions' (see below) or any other medium and apply as a paint, or mix with any liquid or rub onto surfaces such as polymer clay.

Metallic Powder Set
Three jars of super fine powdered metals.
(One each of Old Bronze, Light Gold and Crimson Copper.)
To use, mix with a fabric medium which will adhere the powders to whatever surface you wish to decorate. Can also be mixed with water colours and acrylics to create a metallic paint appropriate to the desired use.
Because these are real metals they can be burnished, but will also tarnish if exposed to moisture without a protecting medium.
