Tussah is naturally soft and comes from silkworms fed on oak leaves. It has a very long staple,is strong, lustrous and resilient with a natural sheen. The long fibres make it easy to spin. It dyes beautifully and blends well with other fibres. Fabulous for silk fusion. |
