Ordering from this site may be done by email, phone, or fax. We have purposely avoided using the shopping trolley system because we feel that it is too inflexible for the range and nature of goods that we carry.

If you are an Australian customer, and wish to pay by direct deposit, just say so, and we will send our bank account details to you.

For all customers who wish to pay by credit card:
A very simple, but safe way to email card details, is to enter the 1st eight digits in one mail, and to send the remainder of the details in a later one. The emails will get to us via a different set of computers.
It is also safe to fax or phone details.

We always include a fully itemised tax invoice / statement, with your goods.

As we don't use a shopping trolley system, no credit card details are held on this website.
