Transfer Ink!™

Transfer Ink creates soft and dreamy images on cards, journals, scrapbooks, canvas, tag art, dolls and many other porous surfaces. Easy, fun and quick to use. Non-hazardous.

This product was developed to enable the transfer of favorite images from inkjet printers or stamped artwork onto other substrates. It is so easy to do, completely safe, and the results are stunningly beautiful. This is a very effective technique for use with altered art, handmade books, collage, cards, journals and well - - the sky's the limit! It is acid free so it's perfect for making very artistic scrapbook pages as well.

DIRECTIONS:
On standard printer paper, make an inkjet printout in color or in black & white, or stamp an image using Stewart Superior India ink. Position the image face side down on a porous paper or substrate. Secure the image. Spray to wet the back of the paper evenly. When image is seen through the back of the paper, use medium pressure to roll a soft rubber brayer across the image several times. Or rub a cotton ball, or a cosmetic sponge, on the image back with even pressure.
Lift up a corner without moving paper, to see
if the image has transferred satisfactorily. Add more fluid and brayer again if needed. Remove the master. Allow the transfer to dry and then add color if desired.
