Computer Textile Design Group
Workbooks

The CTDG Workbooks are designed to be used individually, in groups, or in a Workshop.

These workbooks are to help students to understand how to use their computer to develop a number of different design methods for a variety of textile skills.

How do they work?
Do the exercises, starting at the beginning, and then paste your own printout onto the pages marked 'Your page'.

What computer software will I need?
The exercises can be worked using most paint or draw programmes, on either Macintosh or Windows platforms. The instructions or tools may not be quite the same as in your own program, so you may have to look in your manual if you have a problem with the terminology.

What about other Workbooks?
The plan is that future Workbooks will be written by a number of different people, explaining computer design for different textile skills, building on these Workbooks to develop the theory into exercises and experiments on paper and using threads and/or fabrics

All issues cost $35.00 ($31.82)
All in this series are ringbound, workbook style.
